Technical data of plastic oil

2023-05-11

Plastic oil bearings adopt the latest microporous polymer lubrication technology, which involves filling a polymer body containing saturated lubricating oil into all remaining space inside the bearing.

During work, polymer materials release lubricating oil into the narrow space formed between them and bearing components, providing the least and most efficient amount of lubricating oil; When the work stops, the lubricating oil is adsorbed and stored inside the material by capillary action.

Most rolling bearings and ball bearings are suitable for plastic oil applications. Among them, in bearing applications, the oil content of plastic oil is as high as about 75%, which is 2-4 times that of conventional lubricating grease bearings, which can better meet the needs of long service life.

Application requirements:

Conventional plastic oil is applied to bearings with certain temperature limitations: firstly, continuous operation with a maximum operating temperature of 85 ℃; Secondly, operate for a short period of time, with a maximum operating temperature of 95 ℃; Thirdly, the minimum operating temperature is -40 ℃.

To ensure that plastic oil bearings have rolling friction, the bearing load during operation must be greater than the theoretical bearing load 2% of the load.
